I paid for a vocab extention and have been unable to download it. I have updated iso on my iphone 4s. I have deleted and reinstalled your app but to no avail.
Please tell me how to proceed.

Thanks for your feedback about the vocab pack download issue, which is caused
by a bug to connect to lately upgraded backend server. Now the updated
1.2.0 version is ready on iTunes store, you can update the app from App
Store, and buy the packs again in the app. For those packs you have
already bought, the In-App-Purchase won’t charge you twice, and it will
automatically restore the downloads from the server. If any questions,
